'I bought this just because of the moody packaging and the Nlack Legions-logo on it - a stupid move I'll surely never do again as 'Black Legions' Ruin...' would be a more appropriate title for this piece of junk. Well, at least the attitude here is harsh enough to satisfy, but that doesn't help much when the riffs sound like outtakes of the last MÜTIILATION-album (which wasn't really good either) and are thrown together in a very monotonous and boring way; endless repetitions over primitive (programmed) drum patterns which vary between mid- and uptempo make all songs basically sound the same. The bad musical abilities of Lord Beleth'Rim are getting pretty annoying as well - I usually don't have problems with such things, but in this case some of the timing and playing errors are almost painful to listen to. This would be tolerable if 'Your Ruin...' would be the first demo tape of some inexperienced newcomer band, but considering the fact that this guy has been making music for quite some years already (he formerly did TORGEIST) this is just laughable and should absolutely be avoided - buy some good demo releases instead!
